CHC Clinical Leaders Training Institute

Program Information

This course is designed to help a new clinician lead a high performing health care team. Learners will be able to take the knowledge gained in this course back to their health centers to implement immediate changes to better their teams.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Understand the history and requirements of FQHCs;
  • Obtain information to help lead high performing teams;
  • Develop an understanding of working with integrated services and how teams can support each other;
  • Learn human resource and basic finance skills not taught in traditional health professions programs
