Kind & Clear: Practical Tools to Elevate Your Team (November 19, 2025)
Program Information
This training is designed to equip mid-level managers with essential management and leadership skills that can be immediately applied in their daily supervisory roles. Participants will develop practical competencies in areas such as giving and receiving feedback, leading through change, effective communication, and problem-solving, empowering them to drive team performance and foster a positive, productive work environment.
This activity will meet on November 19, 2025, from 10:30am to 12:30pm.

- Select the Register tab in the top navigation bar.
- Select the Continue button.
- Review the instructions provided to claim credits for each session attended.

- Increase knowledge on successful strategies to navigate difficult conversations.
