I have been with California Health & Wellness for 7 years following close to 13 years with Butte County Behavioral Health.  My role as a Program Specialist has involved assisting members and providers navigate the Medi-Cal Managed Care system.  By supporting referral and authorization follow ups for specialists, DME, medications, resource connection, program development, etc. I have a unique experience with putting the puzzle together for members to get the care that has been ordered.
