Erin works as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for Health Net and is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She is fluent in Spanish and holds a MBA. Her undergraduate degree is a BS in Nutritional Sciences. She did her Dietetic Internship in Puerto Rico. She has specialized in the area of Diabetes for the past 18 years and has worked as a RDN for the past 22 years.
