Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker of over 25 years in the mental health and medical field. She received both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from CSU Fresno. Rebecca has been with Health Net for 10 years and is currently a Lead Case Manager with the Behavioral Health team.
