Dr. LaSelle founded and serves as the executive clinical director of a community mental health practice in Connecticut. Her worked is guided from years in child welfare as a social worker and clinical consultant for the Department of Children and Families, and various roles in community mental health and hospital social work. She is a full time faculty at the University of Saint Joseph Graduate school of Social Work and Equitable Community Practice.
