As the Program Manager for the National Training and Technical Assistance Partnership, I am responsible for overseeing the program’s implementation and operations, in addition to developing innovations to the program that include working cross-departmentally within the Weitzman Institute. I am responsible for overseeing the program’s implementation and operations, in addition to developing innovations to the program. I am responsible for carrying out tasks related to conducting, coordinating, and supporting the growth and development of NTTAP activities. This includes Program objectives, vision, success criteria and measurement, budget, scope, developing an implementation plan, and Program management throughout the Program . This also includes documentation of these processes, communication with internal CHCI/Weitzman, and external partners nationally. My experience working within the public health field to advance Program s and programs focused on prevention and health education, program planning and implementation, research, and evaluation for over five years serving on a college campus and in non-profit settings has given me the operational knowledge which is critical to the successful implementation, support, and growth of the NTTAP training and technical assistance.
