Its mission is to help healthcare organizations boost change for more efficient care. Boost also acts as a catalyst during the deployment of digital projects. Prior to Boost, Lambert spent 25 years working for leading management consultancy firms specialized in performance improvement, business transformation and cost reduction. Trilingual, holds a PhD in International relations.
