Program Information
The Ohio School-Based Health Alliance provides this virtual Lunch and Learn series to share awareness among healthcare providers/clinicians of the best practices to support the sustainability, expansion and provision of integrated, comprehensive health care services in school-based health centers and other innovative models of school-based health care delivery
This lunch and learn will provide an overview of best practices and considerations for implementing telehealth in the delivery of school-based health care services.
This activity is for learners who participated in one or more of the sessions in order to claim CME/CE credit and download their certificate.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Apply interventions that address issues related to health disparities, health inequities, and the social determinants of health among a school-based health patient population and share applied ways to advance health and health care equity in school-based health care settings
- Deliver comprehensive, integrated healthcare services through school-based health care including the delivery of oral, vision, and behavioral health services
- Use data, technology, or other programmatic innovation to improve patient utilization, engagement, and outcomes, enhance SBHC operational sustainability, and improve school-based health care clinical, operational, and quality improvement processes
