Learning Objectives

Session Goal:  To understand the multidisciplinary nature of gender affirming surgery. This presentation will discuss gender affirming surgeries such as breast augmentation and vaginoplasties.

Objectives:

  1. Review preoperative preparation for people undergoing gender affirming surgeries such as breast augmentation and vaginoplasties.

  2. Understand surgical options, including for non-binary individuals

  3. Review postoperative care for people undergoing gender affirming surgeries such as breast augmentation and vaginoplasties.
