When: Thursdays, April 3, 10 and May 15, 22, Time: 3:00 - 4:00pm Eastern / 12:00 - 1:00pm Pacific
Join the experts of the Center for Key Populations at CHCI for an interactive activity session series on HIV Prevention. This four-part series is designed to equip health center staff with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance HIV prevention efforts. Sessions will include key strategies and practical guidance on (1) HIV and STI screening and testing, (2) PrEP and PEP prescribing workflows, (3) effective education and outreach, and (4) program management. Participants will leave with actionable steps tailored for the unique needs of their health center to strengthen their HIV prevention programs and improve access to comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Learning Objectives
The objective of this activity is to provide free T/TA to FQHCs in the following priority areas:
Session 1
- HIV and STI screening and testing
- PrEP and PEP prescribing workflows
- Effective education and outreach
- Program management
Session 2
- Identify who is eligible for PrEP
- What to prescribe and how to monitor people on PrEP
- Understand who is eligible for PEP and what and how to prescribe
Session 3
- Identify educational opportunities that could be implemented at your organization to train clinical workforce on HIV prevention.
- Understand the role of nonclinical team members such as a PrEP navigator in supporting a HIV prevention program.
Session 4
- Understand the potential roles the PrEP navigator can play as part of program management
- Consider using QI strategies to improve PrEP services

The NTTAP Webinar Series 2024-2025 features speakers with subject matter expertise in areas aligned to the series' overarching aim.
