Washington SBHA Student Health Summit 2024: Breakout Session 3
Program Information
The Washington SBHA’s annual Student Health Summit 2024 is a one-day event designed to address key practice gaps in school-based health services. Through a keynote and three breakout sessions, participants will gain 4.5 credits while strengthening skills in culturally-responsive, patient-centered care, effective youth engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This activity equips school-based health professionals and SBHC staff with practical tools to overcome challenges in mental health support, partnership-building, and data-driven evaluation to improve health equity and access for students.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Enhance participant understanding of culturally- and community-responsive interventions in SBHCs by 25%.
- Strengthen participant competencies in SBHC operations, data collection, and program evaluation by 25%.
- Support participants in establishing at least three new connections or partnerships.
- Support participants in identifying at least three strategies to engage youth and communities.
