Join School-Based Health Alliance for two webinars on addressing diabetes risk factors in school aged children. CME and CE credits are provided through a joint sponsorships between SBHA and Community Health Center, Inc. (CHCI) and its Weitzman Institute through CHCI's Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Education.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Participants will review how others have been able to practically implement innovations to address rising Type-2 Diabetes needs among school-aged children including through community-school partnerships and will take away ideas for potential implementation within their own practices.
