Program Information
The Integrated Primary Care Learning Collaborative is a session designed for members of the FQHC primary care team (prescribers, counselors, MA/RN, front office, CHW/Peers, managers, etc). The session will present best practices and clinical updates on various topics of integrated health. The session will allow for didactics and also discussion. In addition, a health center workflow or best practices will also be described.
This activity meets monthly on Tuesdays from 12-1PM EST.
Target Audience

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Increase knowledge of oral health incidence, prevalence, and impact in primary care
- Enhance clinical knowledge of current best practices for oral health services
- Improve the integration of oral health services into your current FQHC primary care of patients
- Explore the clinical team involved in providing integrated primary care at your FQHC
