CHW Cancer Prevention/Screening Train the Trainer Program (IPHCA)

Program Information

This on-demand program will:

  • Review cancer prevention and screening for many different types of cancer
  • Teach CHWs how to teach the cancer content to other CHWs and patients

How to Claim your Credits

  1. Create an account on the Weitzman Education Platform if you do not have one already. Reference How do I create an account? if needed. 
  2. Select the Register tab in the activity navigation bar or the Continue button on the right-hand side of your screen. You will then be directed to instructions on how to claim your credits and download your certificate.
