Client Engagement Workshop (September 23, 2025)
Program Information
This in-person Skill-building event will focus on the utility of evidence-based practices and how to adapt these practices to be relevant and appropriate on a case-by-case need. We are excited to announce that Jessica Newsome will be our trainer! Jessica has previously developed curriculum for social service providers in legal aid, housing, workforce development, case management, leadership development, and more. She facilitated training on family-centered coaching for the Chicago Jobs Council, training nationally for organizations interested in implementing the model.
For this workshop, Jessica will demonstrate via live demos before breaking into smaller groups so that all members have an opportunity to practice. In preparation for this event (located in our registration questions), we would like participants to share where they get “stuck,” what support would be helpful for them as they navigate their work, and to discuss any limitations they encounter in their work setting that impact their ability to do the work with the integrity they desire.
