Program Information
This educational series is designed for healthcare CEOs, CMOs, physician leaders, directors, and operational leaders seeking to elevate their healthcare center or delivery of care. Each 60-minute session will feature dynamic panel discussions and roundtables exploring forward-thinking strategies to optimize workflows, expand service access, and drive innovation. Topics will include the application of AI in chronic disease management, navigation program development, emerging technologies in cancer screening, staff recruitment and retention for non-traditional hours, and workforce planning models. Participants will gain actionable insights from peer leaders and subject matter experts on how to build resilient systems, foster strategic partnerships, and implement quality initiatives that advance organizational impact.

- Evaluate workforce models that support off-hours care and extended service capacity.
- Apply at least one new technology or community partnership approach to optimize care delivery.
- Use QI tools to identify and address workflow gaps and bottlenecks.
