Program Information
Illinois Oral Health Conference is a live virtual event that will provide dental providers serving underserved patients the latest updates on workforce issues, clinical transformation, integration, quality improvement, and diversity, equity and inclusion. The conference will also enhance dental teams' comfort level working with integrated services and other care team members.
This activity meets from July 24th - 25th.

- Select the Register button to register for all conference sessions, regardless of your attendance.
- Select the session(s) you attended. Within each session, select the Continue tab to claim your credits.
- Once you have attended all sessions in which you intend to participate and claimed credit for all individual sessions:
- You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole.
- You will then be able to download a certificate appropriate to your credentials.
