Program Information
Join us for our upcoming webinar where we'll delve into the most effective HIV prevention practices in primary care. This includes strategies for addressing substance use and incorporating injectable Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) medication. Our panel of experts will take you through a real-world case study that encompasses various aspects of HIV management. Additionally, we will showcase how Community Health Center Inc.'s Center for Key Populations Fellowship for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) serves as a model for implementing specialty care for key populations in your training programs. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of HIV prevention strategies in primary care and actionable steps to strengthen their PrEP program.

Learning Objectives
The objective of this activity is to provide free T/TA to FQHCs in the following priority areas:
- Review the significance of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) in HIV prevention strategies by analyzing and comparing its key elements.
- Consider critical aspects of substance use management its intersection with HIV prevention to identify opportunities for more effective prevention strategies.
- Examine a case study encompassing various facets of HIV management to derive a comprehensive understanding of best practices.
- Summarize the contributions of the ECHO program and the fellowship program and their role in advancing HIV prevention strategies.

Faculty members have expertise in areas such as fundamentals of comprehensive care, HIV prevention, preparedness for emergencies and environmental impacts on health, advancing health equity, clinical workforce students and trainees, team-based care, and health profession education/training programs.
