OACHC 2024 Annual Conference

Program Information

The Ohio Association of Community Health Centers (OACHC) is collaborating with Moses/Weitzman Health System and its Weitzman Institute to provide CME and CE credits for OACHC 2024 Annual Conference. 

The OACHC's 2024 Annual Conference meets April 30 - May 1, 2024.

Target Audience

This conference is primarily designed for Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) leaders and workforce, including those interested in becoming an FQHC or FQHC Look-a-like. Additionally, it is beneficial for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of and excel in the realm of FQHC care. CME and CE credits are available for the following health professions:

  • Dentists
  • Nurse Practitioners
  • Nurses
  • Pharmacists
  • Physician Assistants
  • Physicians
  • Registered Dieticians
  • Social Workers
  • Others in behavioral health who can claim either Psychology or Social Work credits, based on licensing/credentialing rules in their state.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the conference, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities inherent in delivering care within a safety net setting, enhancing their understanding of this unique healthcare landscape.
  • Engage in meaningful networking and knowledge exchange with fellow health center members, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing valuable insights and best practices in daily clinical work.
  • Develop strategies to effectively prepare for and address the evolving challenges faced by today's community health centers, empowering them to deliver comprehensive and responsive care to their communities.

    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide American Academy of PAs (AAPA) credit to physician assistants at its activities. Participants should only claim commensurate credit with the extent of their participation in the activity.
  • 8.75 ACE/ASWB
    Through Joint Accreditation Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) credit to social workers at its activities.
  • 8.75 ACPE
    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) credit to pharmacists at its activities.
  • 8.75 ADA CERP
    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE provider may be directed to the provider or to the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition at ADA.org/CERP.
  • 8.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit
    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ to physicians at its activities via Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME).

    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) nursing credit to nurses at its activities.
  • 8.75 APA
    Through Joint Accreditation, Moses/Weitzman Health Center, Inc./Weitzman Institute is able to provide American Psychological Association (APA) credit to psychologists at its activities.

  2. Select the Register button above to register for all conference sessions, regardless of your attendance.
  3. We suggest you bookmark this page so you can come back to each after each session you attended.
  4. On the first day of the conference, the keynote and breakout sessions will be available for you to select the keynote and/or workshop sessions you attended. At that time and within each activity, select the Continue tab above to complete the session evaluation for each activity. 
  5. Once you have attended all your intended sessions and completed the session evaluations:
    •    You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole. 
    •    You will then be able to download a conference certificate appropriate to your credentials.
