Program Information
The Ohio School-Based Health Alliance Educational Series is designed to support a broad range of health professionals working in or alongside school-based health centers (SBHCs). This series offers practical, skill-building content focused on delivering high-quality, integrated, and comprehensive care in school settings. Content will touch on care coordination, student/family engagement, service delivery integration, school-health collaboration, and strategies to address common operational challenges.
Participants will hear from experienced practitioners, share promising practices, and gain tools they can immediately apply in their work.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Apply at least two evidence-informed strategies to improve care coordination and delivery of services in a school-based setting.
- Identify opportunities to enhance interdisciplinary communication and collaboration within the school-based health care team.
- Integrate at least one new approach or tool to address common operational or clinical challenges affecting school-based health care delivery
