Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:
- Identify common challenges for their clinical educators, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of their local issues.
- Participate in a discussion and exchange of ideas and leave with a tangible, actionable roadmap for implementing effective precepting solutions in their respective professional environments.
- Develop a personalized action plan that outlines specific steps, strategies, and resources required to address identified precepting challenges.
