Prework Instructions

Prework should be completed before each live learning collaborative session. The prework is specifically designed to help your team understand the material and to know what to expect for the live Learning Collaborative session. The prework attachment(s) are available at the bottom of this page.

Module 1: Introduction to Data and QI

Prework due date: May 22, 2024

Prework directions for each individual team member: 

1. Download the Obesity Care Quality Improvement Tool Kit prework at the bottom of this page.
2. Read the Obesity Care Quality Improvement Tool Kit.
3. Open and review your corresponding health center application via this Google Drive Application folder. 
4. Individually complete the Pre-Series Survey.

Once you have completed the prework, select the Continue tab.
