Learning Objectives

1. By the end of this presentation the participant will be able to define professional identity in nursing to strengthen APP intra and inter professional collaboration.

2. By the end of this presentation the participant will be able to recognize best practices to create an atmosphere of collaboration within APP fellowships and residencies to operationalize professional identity.

3. By the end of this presentation the participant will be able to identify strategies to foster APP professional identity to improve health outcomes.
