Program Information
The Quick Wins for Cancer Screening: Frontline Tactics to Drive Results micro-webinar series offers fast, focused training to help health center teams overcome barriers and accelerate cancer screening performance. Designed for a mixed audience of clinical and non-clinical staff, each 30-minute session provides practical insights and peer-tested tactics for improving access, workflow efficiency, patient communication, Motivational Interviewing techniques, and effective community outreach strategies, and added focus on challenges related to extended service hours, including scheduling redesign, telehealth integration, and staff retention. This series equips health centers with flexible, real-world strategies they can implement immediately. Topics are grounded in evidence-based practices and aligned with HRSA's Accelerated Cancer Screening (AxCS) goals.
