
The Relationship of Oral and Systemic Health
About this Activity
This course addresses the nature, prevalence, and consequences of oral disease throughout the life cycle with a focus on correlations between oral and systemic health. Clinicians will learn their role in preventing oral disease, addressing frequently encountered oral problems, and working as part of an inter-professional team to promote oral health.
This course takes approximately one hour to complete. Each clinical case takes about 10 minutes.

How to Get Started
- Create an account with the Weitzman Education Platform if you haven't already. Reference How do I create an account? if needed.
- Select the Register tab or Continue button to navigate to the pre-test evaluation and information on how to navigate to the module on the Smiles for Life platform.
- After completing the module, be sure to download and save your certificate. You will upload it in the post-module evaluation to certify your completion.
- Return to this platform and select the Next button to complete the Post-Module Evaluation. By completing all of these steps, you will become eligible for incentives!
