When would I use this activity?

If one of your faculty members indicates that they have a relevant financial relationship, you must complete further documentation which is available at the bottom of this page under Additional Information. This activity is used to store and reference the documentation. 

One of my faculty members has a relevant financial relationship and I completed the documentation. What do I do next?

1. Complete the RFR Resolution Documentation which is available at the bottom of this page under Additional Information. Save your document using the following naming convention: FacultyLastName_RFRDocumentation. Reference the Reviewing and Mitigating Faculty RFRs training within the Weitzman Education Platform training if needed. 
2. Register for this activity.
3. Select the Continue tab to upload your RFR Resolution Documentation.
