RFR Identification and Mitigation Documentation for Individuals in Control of Content

Who is this activity intended for?

CE Activity staff (Weitzman Institute Program Specialist or any other MWHS employee managing an activity)

When would I use this activity?

If one of your faculty members, planners, or other individual in control of educational content indicates that they have a financial relationship, whether or not you determine it to be relevant, you must complete further documentation which is available at the bottom of this page under Additional Information. This activity is used to store and reference the documentation. 

One of my faculty members, planners, or other individual in control of content has a financial relationship, and I completed the documentation. What do I do next?

  1. Complete the RFR Identification and Mitigation Documentation which is available at the bottom of this page under Additional Information. Save your document using the following naming convention: Faculty/PlannerLastName_RFRDocumentation. Reference the Reviewing and Mitigating Faculty RFRs training within the Weitzman Education Platform training if needed. 
  2. Register for this activity.
  3. Select the Continue tab to upload your RFR Resolution Documentation.
