This website is operated by the Weitzman Institute of Community Health Center, Inc. (“CHC”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These terms and conditions are entered into by and between you and CHC, and together with our Privacy Policy, found at https://education.weitzmaninstitute.org/, and any documents incorporated by reference (collectively, these “Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the “Website”, including all information, tools and services available through the use of the Website.
