Craig King, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Craig King is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner throughout the lifespan, and is an instructor at Case Western Reserve University Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing (CWRU-FPB) in the BSN, MSN, and MN programs. His nursing career began working as an RN in 2013 where he practiced in general medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, seeing directly many of the effects of substance use and untreated long-term mental illness. In 2018 he transitioned to work as a Family Systems Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Akron, Canton, and Cleveland.
Craig currently serves on the Medical Advisory Board (MAG) and as a nurse consultant for the Substance Use Disorders Center of Excellence (SUD COE) at Case Western Reserve University. He primarily practices with children, adolescents, and transitional youth and their families. Craig received both his Masters in Science in Nursing and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from CWRU-FPB.
