Quality Improvement Consultant

Deb has completed Clinical Microsystems* training at the Microsystem Academy formerly of Dartmouth College and the University of New Hampshire, receiving her coaching certificate and is currently a Senior Coach with them. She has completed lean training at Denver Health Lean Academy and certified as a Green Belt. She received certification in Relational Coordination from Brandeis University and has trained staff in Motivational interviewing.

Deb is a Registered nurse and serves as a Quality Improvement Consultant at Community Health Center, Inc's Weitzman Institute. Deb provides ongoing support for all of CHC's coaches and the implementation of improvement teams. She also is focused on the development and spread of Team Based Care within the primary care setting and improving HIV care to several teams in Kentucky. Deb has also coached improvement work with The Microsystem Academy, working specifically with Cystic Fibrosis teams in Toronto and Boston.
