Sarah is originally from Attleboro, Massachusetts, and has called Connecticut home since 2014. She earned her BA in Sociology, with a focus on Urban Development & Social Change, from Clark University in Worcester, MA, and is an AmeriCorps VISTA alumna through Massachusetts Campus Compact.

Sarah began her career at CHC in 2016 as a Program Manager for School-Based Health Centers serving New Haven and Fairfield Counties. She went on to serve as Operations Manager for the Hartford/Enfield region from 2021–2022, Project Specialist for the Nurse Practitioner Residency in fall 2023, and has been a Program Specialist supporting the PMHNP and PNP residencies since June 2024.

Outside of work, Sarah is a mom to two daughters and a bunch of animals. She enjoys baking and cooking, gardening and caring for her houseplants, hiking, and exercising. Sarah is also an avid reader, with a particular love for mysteries and thrillers, contemporary literature, dystopian fiction, and biographies and memoirs
