Anais French is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker at the pediatric Community Health Center site in Hartford. She received both her undergraduate degree in Psychology and master's degree in Social Work from University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut. She completed internships at one of the Bloomfield elementary schools as well as Connecticut Junior Republic's Waterbury location in their outpatient program. She then began working as a clinician for the Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Services (IIBHS) program through Wheeler Clinic, before transitioning to their Mobile Crisis Intervention Services (MCIS, formerly known as EMPS) program during the height of the covid pandemic. Anais decided to pivot and focus on working with children and their families in community mental health, and she is currently the On-Site Behavioral Health Director in addition to her clinician role. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and connecting with nature.
