Uchechi Onyebuchi, native to Connecticut, obtained her RN from Yale School of Nursing in 2021 and later graduated from Yale School of Nursing in 2023 with her Masters in Nursing to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Upon completion of her nursing education, she was elected into 2023 CHC Residency cohort for Nurse Practitioner Residency program and has since been serving as a Psych NP at Community Health Center working with all ages, children, adolescents, and adults.
