Registered Dietitian working at El Rio, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Southern Arizona, where I specialize in delivering one-on-one culturally competent nutrition counseling to our diverse patient population. I practice through a weight inclusive lens to help promote equitable, compassionate care and help address weight stigma in healthcare settings.
