Implementation in Motion: Testing, Learning, Iterating (October 14, 2025)

Program Information

This peer-led CoP targets leadership and operations teams with a focus on system redesign to expand screening capacity. Participants will learn strategies to optimize staffing, streamline scheduling workflows, use Quality Improvement tools to identify and address gaps, and strengthen partnerships that enhance access. The series creates a collaborative space for operations leaders to share solutions and build resilient models of service delivery.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to do the following:

  • Introduce methods for testing changes in real-time (PDSA cycles)
  • Discuss barriers to implementation and identify peer support solutions • Reinforce data collection strategies that support improvement tracking
