IPHCA's Annual Leadership Conference brings together community health center staff and partners with a focus on enhancing knowledge and sharing innovative best practices.

  • Explain best practice being deployed at CHCs in IL

How to Claim Your Credits

  2. Select the Register tab in the top navigation bar.
