Dr. Steve Baldassarri is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Section of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. He is a Board-Certified Physician trained in Pulmonary, Critical Care, Addiction Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine. He is Associate Director and Medical Advisor to the Smilow Tobacco Treatment Service, where he cares for individuals with smoking addiction and complex comorbidities. His clinical practice focuses on care of individuals with smoking-related pulmonary disease and critical illness. His main goal is to improve human health through clinical care, original research, and education using a team-oriented multidisciplinary approach.
