Building and Sustaining Your Mobile Dental Program 2026
Program Information
This 2.5-day intensive Mobile Dental Program Development Course empowers healthcare teams to plan, launch, and sustain successful mobile dental clinics. Participants will learn proven strategies to assess community oral health needs, design a mobile clinic model (from vehicle selection to clinical workflows), and implement best practices in staffing, infection control, quality, and safety for care on the go. The course is highly practical – blending short expert lectures with hands-on workshops, case simulations, and peer learning – so that each organization’s team leaves with a draft program blueprint, a 90-day action plan, and a starter toolkit of templates and checklists for their mobile dental initiative. Whether attendees are in the idea stage or scaling an existing program, this course delivers a premium, peer-supported learning experience. Why does it matter? Mobile clinics are a powerful tool to improve access and preventive care in underserved areas, with over 2,000 mobile health clinics serving millions of Americans nationwide. This program equips interprofessional teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to drive dental care beyond clinic walls and create “smiles on wheels” in their communities.
