Sarah Carlan, MSW, PCC

Sarah brings a unique blend of therapeutic insight and leadership expertise to her work with medical providers navigating the complexities of modern healthcare. With a master's in social work from Smith College and a coaching certificate from Brown University School for Continuing Education, she's spent years exploring the powerful connection between mindset and human experience.
Her approach is rooted in curiosity and compassion. Drawing from Buddhist philosophy, the research-based work of thought leaders like Carol Dweck and Brené Brown, and her additional training in team coaching and the Dare to Lead curriculum, Sarah helps physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams find new perspectives to meet the moment with more efficacy. She understands the unique pressures of healthcare and guides providers beyond limiting beliefs toward more sustainable, authentic ways of showing up for their patients and themselves.
Whether working one-on-one or facilitating team transformation, Sarah believes that lasting change starts with understanding how we think—and that with the right support, even the most overwhelmed providers can reconnect with purpose and find new reserves of resilience.
