Patricia Cleveland, FNP-BC, MSN

Patricia Cleveland has been a primary care provider at Sea Mar Community Health Centers since 2009. She has been the Program Director of Sea Mar’s Advanced Practice Provider Residency Program (formerly the Nurse Practitioner Residency program) since she developed the program in 2014. Under her leadership, the program has been expanded to include 12 FNP/PA residents at four sites and 6 psychiatric nurse practitioner residents at 3 sites. Patricia led the program through the initial accreditation in 2018, renewal of accreditation in 2021, and is preparing for accreditation renewal in 2026. She has also been Project Director on four HRSA grants, including three advanced nursing education grants and one integrated substance use training program grant. Outside of her work at Sea Mar, she has served on the Accreditation Commission and as an accreditation site visitor for the Consortium of Advanced Practice Providers since 2019. Patricia has co-led the Northwest Consortium for Advanced Practice and Education since 2015.
Patricia’s philosophy of care is that every person deserves access to holistic and comprehensive health care. She believes in health promotion and the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle to aid in the prevention of chronic diseases. In her spare time, Patricia loves to read, enjoy outdoor recreation, and play board games with her husband and three children.
