Dr. Darcy Wikoff is a Family Nurse Practitioner, educator, and healthcare leader with extensive experience in primary care, advanced practice provider education, and program development. She serves as Clinical Director of Graduate Education and subsequently, Clinical Director for the APP Postgraduate Fellowship at WellSpace Health. Darcy is also an Assistant Professor for the College of Nursing at Samuel Merritt University, both in Sacramento, CA. Dr. Wikoff is passionate about preparing the next generation of APPs through innovative and practical teaching, mentorship, and experiential learning opportunities. She has played a key role in the development and oversight of the APP postgraduate fellowship and FNP clinical practicum training programs at WellSpace Health, collaborating with both community and academic partners. Her interests include primary care practice transformation for provider resilience and readiness to practice in the ever-evolving landscape of community medicine. Through her clinical, academic, and leadership roles, she continues to influence healthcare delivery and APP education across California.
