Multidisciplinary Assessment and Treatment Planning (June 11, 2026)
Program Information
As CCBHCs work to meet the requirements of the model, assessment and treatment planning can start to feel like a box-checking exercise. This 90-minute workshop is designed to help multidisciplinary treatment team members develop more meaningful treatment plans by strengthening continuity between assessment, treatment goals, and intervention. Using realistic case examples, we’ll get back to the fundamentals and explore how to better connect information across disciplines to integrate evidence-based practices into treatment planning.
