Jaime Baumann, LCSW, MSEd is the Manager of Clinical and Community Partnerships and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation Coordinator at the Child Guidance Center of Southern Connecticut. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Connecticut, certified in the evidence-based trauma treatment model Attachment, Regulation, & Competency and as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator.

Jaime leads and coordinates early childhood mental health consultation services with the Children’s Learning Centers of Fairfield County, supports cross-sector partnerships with local schools and community agencies, and provides reflective supervision to clinicians and consultants. She also serves as a systems advocate for the Child Advocacy Center, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address the mental health needs of children and families impacted by trauma.
