Michelle is a licensed clinical social worker that has been working at Child Guidance Center for 8 years helping children and families. She has been trained in Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) since 2019 helping children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, along with their caregiving systems. This is her 2nd year as the coordinator of ARC at CGC. She co-leads ARC trainings with Kate Murphy and Jaime Bauman as this modality expands into other locations and settings.
