William C. B. Harding is a Distinguished Technical Fellow and Professor with more than 40 years of industry experience, a Master of Information Systems Degree, and a Ph.D. in Integrating Technology. William has had a very successful career in Electrical Engineering (EE), Information Technology (IT), Biomedical Engineering, and is a recognized subject 
matter expert (SME) in process automation and vision trace technology. William has also initiated and championed innovative manufacturing solutions and patented biomedical and 
cybersecurity product technology that continue to have major impacts in the areas of improved patient outcomes, process improvement, manufacturing automation, product development/traceability, and FDA validation. William’s professional career spans environments such as missile testing/tracking (i.e., Eastern & Pacific Missile Test Centers), drug interdiction (U.S. Customs), rechargeable battery manufacturing (Energizer), medical device design/manufacturing (Medtronic), and vice-chair of the workgroup IEEE/UL P2933 -Clinical IoT Data and Device Interoperability with TIPPSS. With more than 90 technical conferences, symposium presentations, lectures, seminars, published academic books and technical papers, and Design Thinking workshops under his belt, William continues to establish the highest level of standards through his mentoring and guidance that emphasizes his collaborative and innovative vision.

William is also a pro-rated skydiver, scuba diver, black belt in Taekwondo, and a multigenerational Floridian. Whereas, William will always have salt air in his lungs, beach sand between his toes, and a love for sunshine that is also shared by his wife and their furry babies “Roo” and “Ivi” (Cavapoochons).
