Tracy MacNeal, a leader in women’s health, serves as CEO of Materna Medical and Chair of Advamed’s Women’s Executive Network.  With over 20 years in pharmaceuticals, digital health, and medical devices, she brings a wealth of experience to the MedTech industry. Tracy holds a BE in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.  A deep believer in the importance of contribution and collaboration within our shared healthcare ecosystem, Tracy is national Chair for Advamed’s Women’s Executive Network, amplifying the voices of women leaders who are creating the future of healthcare.
