I have been a part of The School Health Program for the past 5 years, and a part of The MetroHealth System for the past 24 years.  I began my career in The Burn Intensive Care Unit and transitioned to ambulatory care in 2012.  It has been an honor to work with the students of Cleveland and bridge gaps to care.  This is my first time presenting on behalf of our program, and I’m excited to share about our amazing Community Health Workers.
