2024 Annual School-Based Health Care Conference: Healthy Kids Learn Better
Conference Information
The Ohio School-Based Health Alliance invites you to participate in the 2024 Annual School-Based Health Care Conference: Healthy Kids Learn Better. The Conference will bring together hundreds of school-based health care partners from across the state for a day of connection and learning. This year's conference will take place in-person on Thursday, February 1, 2024 to kick off national School-Based Health Care Awareness month!
Continuing education for the conference is made possible through Moses/Weitzman Health System, Inc. (MWHS) and its Weitzman Institute, the research, education, and policy arm of MWHS. For every CME/CE-eligible session you attend and evaluate, you will receive the appropriate CME or CE credit amount. There is an opportunity to earn a maximum of 4.75 total CME/CE hours.

- Select the plenary and/or workshop you attended. Within each activity, select the Continue tab to complete session evaluations and claim your credits.
- Once you have attended all sessions in which you intend to participate and completed the session evaluations:
- You can claim credit commensurate with your total attendance for the conference as a whole.
- You will then be able to download a certificate appropriate to your credentials.
