Bibiana Lagos serves as the Operations Manager for the Ohio Alliance, as part of a dual position shared between Health Impact Ohio and the Ohio Alliance. Bibiana provides operational, fiscal, and administrative support for the Ohio Alliance. Bibiana was born in Bogota, Colombia and has lived in the United States since 2013. She has more than 25 years of experience in operations and administration within retail, commercial, and nonprofit organizations. Through her prior work at Physicians CareConnection and the Columbus Medical Association, she cultivated a profound interest in health care and improving health and education outcomes for children and their families, with a focus on supporting the needs of underrepresented communities. Bibiana has a bachelor’s in business administration and management.
