Misha Taherbhai, MPH (Healthy Start Quality Improvement Manager) holds over a decade’s worth of experience in leading data management, data analysis, process improvement, and evaluation projects for programs serving marginalized communities.  As the MPCAH CQI Manager, she directs efforts on enhancing programmatic practices to advance the system’s capacity to regularly monitor and act on key performance indicators, all the while ensuring families are receiving the highest quality of services. Before this role, she served as the MPCAH Data Management Analyst, responsible for data collection and analysis work across all maternal/early childhood home visiting programs within the project. Prior to working at ACPHD, she supported monitoring and evaluation work at a nonprofit, specifically on USDA and CNCS funded food access programs in underserved communities.
